The caravan, motorhome or trailer is left at the owners risk. The site owner shall NOT be liable for any loss or damage caused by other vehicle owners and their vehicles on the site.
The caravan, motorhome or trailer MUST be in a road worthy condition and insured at all times.
The combination code is ONLY for the person named on the contract and is NOT to be passed on to a third party.
The minimum storage time is 6 months.
A minimum of 1 months’ notice is to be given to terminate the storage contract.
NO caravans, motorhomes or trailers to be sold in the storage site, due to security reasons.
All caravans, motorhomes or trailers MUST be moved a minimum of yearly.
All gas bottles are to be disconnected when in storage and left secure.
All doors and windows to be closed and locked when in storage.
Any repairs and servicing being carried out in the storage NEED permission of the site owner.
The caravan, motorhome or trailer must NOT be inhabited during the storage period.
Any change of contact details MUST be notified to the site owner.
Should the vehicle owner cause damage to a third party’s property, it MUST be reported to the site owner.
In the event of storage fee being overdue, NO access will be given until paid in full.
